Former legislator and Congress leader B.R. Patil submitted a grievance to Chief Election Officer towards Aland MLA Subhash Guttedar for alleged violation of the mannequin code of conduct.
Mr. Patil, addressing press convention in Kalaburagi on Wednesday, alleged that Mr. Guttedar had allowed improvement works to be taken up with out tender course of, and a few of the works resumed with out getting approval from the departments involved.
Mr. Patil submitted a grievance to the Chief Election Officer, by which he said that Mr. Guttedar was willfully violating the code of conduct by taking on development of roads and neighborhood halls in several villages within the constituency to affect voters.
He urged the election officer to direct contractors to droop all work instantly and take stringent motion towards the officers concerned in violating the code of conduct.
