In Kerala, a tragic incident unfolded when a 26-year-old physician died by suicide in Thiruvananthapuram district after her boyfriend allegedly refused to marry her over dowry calls for. The lady took the acute step as her household failed to satisfy the expectations of the groom’s household. According to experiences, the girl has been recognized as Shahana. She was a postgraduate medical pupil within the surgical procedure division of Thiruvananthapuram Medical College.
Sahana was discovered useless at her rented condo on December 5. After Shahana’s tragic demise, her relations alleged that she took her personal life as her household couldn’t meet dowry calls for. Reportedly, the boyfriend’s household insisted on a considerable dowry comprising gold, land, and a BMW automobile. Shahana’s household was unable to fulfil these calls for, resulting in the termination of the connection together with her boyfriend, who additionally held a place inside the Medical PG Doctors Association.
