Kerala Train fire case: According to Kerala Police, the prime suspect within the train fire case confessed to the crime on Friday. ADGP (Law and Order), M R Ajith Kumar instructed reporters that the accused has admitted that he dedicated the crime and police had been questioning the accused. 

An accused concerned in such circumstances could not reveal his motive and interrogation is an extended course of, Kumar stated. The interrogation of the accused was underway and additional particulars can’t be disclosed at this level, he added.

Hours after the Special Investigation Team (SIT) secured the custody of the accused, the senior officer stated the workforce was probing all angles.
