The index is an indicator of the effectivity of logistical providers vital for selling exports and financial progress.
Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland are the opposite states which have been categorised as quick movers within the rating. The states and UTs ranked within the aspirers class embody Goa, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand.
The report ranks states on the premise of their logistics ecosystem, highlights the important thing logistics-associated challenges confronted by the stakeholders and contains suggestive suggestions, in response to the fifth LEADS (Logistics Ease Across Different States) 2023 report unveiled by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal.
