Lok Sabha elections 2024: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has immediately (April 13) introduced the first list of seven candidates for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. SAD has declared names of Prem Singh Chandumajra from Anandpur Sahib, Daljit Singh Cheema from Gurdaspur.
Polling for 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab shall be held on June 1, whereas voting for 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana will happen on May 25.

Shiromani Akali Dal varieties manifesto committee in Punjab
Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal introduced the formation of a 15-member manifesto committee for the Lok Sabha polls on Wednesday.The Committee includes 15 members, with an extra 6 members serving as particular invitees, as per the data shared by Daljit Singh Cheema in a put up on X.
