Diaz’s mom, Cilenis Marulanda, was rescued by police in the town of Barrancas, after being kidnapped in northern Colombia on Saturday, earlier than authorities tracked down the participant’s father.
According to experiences, the police rescue mission, which set out to free Diaz’s father from the clutches of the abductors, resulted in the deaths of two of the 4 delinquents, close to the Colombia- Venezuela border.
