Man arrested after video shows him spitting on roti before placing them in oven
A 25-year-old man has been arrested after a video surfaced on social media purportedly exhibiting him spitting on ‘rotis’ before placing them in an oven, officers mentioned on Wednesday.
The accused was recognized as Khalik, a resident of Kishanganj district in Bihar, they mentioned.
A senior police officer mentioned that the video of the incident was shared extensively on social media on Monday.
A case was subsequently registered beneath related sections of the IPC and the accused was arrested on Monday, the officer mentioned.
Earlier, two males have been arrested after a video surfaced on social media purportedly exhibiting certainly one of them kneading the dough at a neighborhood lodge in west Delhi and the opposite spitting on the ‘roti’ (flatbread) simply before placing them in the oven.
