The Uttar Pradesh police have arrested a person in Ghaziabad for allegedly thrashing a Muslim boy who had entered a temple to drink water. The arrest was made after the police seen a video doing rounds on the social media displaying the accused man beating up the boy whilst he pleaded for mercy.
According to the experiences, the accused man has been recognized as Shrungi Yadav, son Ashwani Kumar Yadav, from Bihar.

In the video, the accused Yadav may be seen asking the boy his and his father’s title. Upon studying that he’s Muslim, Yadav requested the boy why he had entered the temple, to which the latter replied that he needed to drink water. Yadav then thrashed him black and blue whilst he pleaded for mercy.
Taking fast cognizance of the, the Ghaziabad Police swung into motion and arrested the person. In a Twitter publish, the UP police stated, “the person who formed the team and beat him up – Shringi Nandan Yadav, son Ashwani Kumar Yadav, resident of Gopalpur Police Station, Bhagalpur, Bihar was arrested and the procedure related to case registration / legal action was made.”

The video of the incident has gone viral on the social media triggering outrage amongst individuals who condemned the inhuman incident demanding motion towards the accused. The clip was reportedly first uploaded on an Instagram account named Hindu Ekta Sangh.
