New Delhi: The story of IAS Ishita Kishore, the highest scorer within the UPSC Civil Services 2022 examination, stands as a testomony to perseverance and dedication. Her father, a retired Air Force officer, and her mom, a devoted instructor at a personal establishment, instilled values of diligence and ambition in her upbringing.
