SHILLONG: The People’s Democratic Front (PDF) on Friday introduced that it’ll merge with Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Okay Sangma’s NPP. The PDF is part of the NPP-led ruling coalition within the state, and has two MLAs within the meeting, whose present energy is 59. After the merger, NPP’s tally will rise to twenty-eight. The determination to merge was unanimously taken at PDF’s normal council assembly, chaired by its president Gavin M Mylliem, who is likely one of the two MLAs.
