The FTC is searching for a preliminary injunction to dam Microsoft from finishing its $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Microsoft has argued that if the courtroom grants an injunction it could successfully kill the deal, which has a termination date of July 18 and accommodates a $3 billion termination charge that Microsoft must pay.
The listening to will start June 22 and progress by means of June 29.
