Money Laundering Case: SC Extends AAP Leader Satyendra Jain’s Interim Bail On Medical Grounds


The Supreme Court has prolonged interim bail to the Aam Aadmi Party chief and former Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain on medical grounds on Monday. The chief acquired an interim bail extension till additional orders.

The chief accused in a cash laundering case has acquired interim bail from Supreme Court on May 26 till 11 July on medical grounds turning down the Enforcement Directorate’s competition that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief‘s well being standing have to be examined first by a panel of medical doctors from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) within the nationwide capital.

The HC whereas dismissing the Satyendar Jain bail plea said that the applicant is an influential individual and has the potential of tampering with proof. Satyender Jain/applicant, at this stage, cannot be held to clear the dual circumstances of the PMLA.
