Mumbai Registers Property Registrations Of 5,360 Units In May 2021

The Mumbai BMC area, which covers Churchgate to Dahisar and Colaba to Mulund, registered property registrations of 5,360 models in May 2021, marking a decline of 47 per cent month-on-month, in comparison with April 2021. According to a current analysis report by main actual property consultancy Knight Frank, the property registrations have been down 15 per cent in May, in comparison with 6,270 models registered in May 2019. However, new registrations grew 25 instances final month, in comparison with May 2020, because of the bottom impact.

According to the report, solely 29 per cent of registrations final month have been from new residential gross sales concluded within the month, whereas 71 per cent of the registered properties have been from gross sales concluded within the interval between December 2020 – April 2021. These registrations obtained recorded in May and out of the full gross sales in May 2021, 62 per cent have been in sub Rs 1 crore class, stated Knight Frank in its report.
