He mentioned the Judiciary can have a standpoint on a selected subject which is not going to be palatable to the federal government and it has occurred on a number of events.
“It is their (Judiciary’s) job,” he mentioned. “But if a group of people without being registered or recognised party act as a political party. What do we do? They are not accountable. They get traction. We must rise above it,” he mentioned.
