The Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has orally admitted an insolvency plea, made by a monetary creditor, against Coffee Day Global Ltd. (CDGL), the owner and operator of espresso chain, Cafe Coffee Day (CCD).
