The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested two ‘wanted’ close associates of Canada-based ‘listed terrorist’ Arsh Dhalla as we speak (May 19) once they arrived on the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi from Manila, Philippines, the place that they had been dwelling.
