The National Investigation Agency (NIA) launched searches at over 70 areas throughout a number of states on Tuesday in a serious crackdown towards gangster syndicate. The searches have been being carried out in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.The raids have been being carried out at over 30 areas in Punjab. The ongoing raids are in reference to a probe right into a case registered by NIA towards gangster and their prison syndicate. This is the fourth spherical of NIA raids on the gangster community.
