New Delhi: There is not any data, both from India or globally, to show that children will be seriously contaminated in any subsequent COVID-19 waves, Delhi All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Director Dr Randeep Guleria stated on Tuesday.
Addressing a media briefing, Dr Guleria stated that “it’s a piece of misinformation that subsequent waves of the COVID-19 pandemic are going to trigger extreme sickness in children”.
