No one is scared of your ‘Khela Hobe’: Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s dig at West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday (March 25) mounted an assault on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and mentioned that no one is ‘scared of her Khela Hobe’. 

Addressing a marketing campaign rally in West Bengal’s Jhargram, Shah slammed Banerjee’s in style ballot slogan for the upcoming Assembly elections and mentioned, “Didi has scared innocent tribals with ‘Khela Hobe’ but doesn’t she know that even a small kid plays football here. Nobody is scared of your ‘Khela Hobe’, Didi. Vote for us, I assure you that Didi’s goons won’t be able to harm you.” 

Meanwhile, reaching out to the essential Kurmi caste inhabitants of Purulia’s Junglemahal, Shah promised jobs, schooling of their language in addition to to construct an AIIMS within the space. 

“Initially, it was the Left which ensured the flight of capital. Then it was Didi who chased away the automobile industry from Bengal. She has failed to generate employment,” the senior BJP chief claimed.

He added that individuals ought to vote for Prime Minister Narendra Modi if they need schemes and if they need ‘scams’ they’ll vote for the ‘incompetent TMC’. 

Shah additional alleged that the ruling TMC authorities has uncared for the adivasis (tribals) and Kurmi caste voters, including that if BJP is elected within the state, then each Kurmi and adivasi households will get one job every.

“We will even be sure that the kids of Kurmi household can get schooling until Class X of their language and that too free of value,” the Union Home Minister mentioned. 

Thursday (March 25) marks the final day of campaigning for the primary section of voting wherein 30 constituencies will go to polls.

West Bengal is witnessing excessive voltage drama with TMC and BJP as the primary gamers within the fray. The state will go to polls in eight phases starting from March 27. The counting of votes will happen on May 2.
