New Delhi: A woman from Ghaziabad has moved the patron courtroom demanding Rs 1 crore in compensation over a mistake whereby a pizza with non-vegetarian toppings was served to her instead of the one with vegetarian toppings as she had ordered.
The woman recognized as Deepali Tyagi filed a petition claiming that an American restaurant serving pizza tousled the order thus forcing her to endure taxing rituals to undo the “damage”, as per a report by information company ANI.
Tyagi claimed she is a pure vegetarian as a result of of her “non secular beliefs, personal conscience, and unknown to her she ended up taking a chew of the meat pizza.
The incident occurred on March 21, 2019, Tyagi had positioned an order for a vegetarian pizza for herself and household on Holi competition through the day. She said the pizza was delivered late and when she took a chew of the pizza she realized that there was items of meat instead of mushroom,
Her lawyer Farhat Warsi informed the patron courtroom that Tyagi instantly known as buyer care and raised a grievance on their gross negligence of delivering a pizza “non-veg pizza in a home of pure vegetarians”.
A number of days later, a supervisor from the pizza outlet known as up and promised to serve pizzas to the entire household of the complainant at no cost.
However, the complainant was not happy and mentioned that it’s not a case of easy error because the her non secular beliefs and practices had taken a success and the incident triggered her psychological agony.
She said that she’s going to endure “several long and expensive rituals”, which can price her lakhs of rupees.
