Nuvama Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield form JV to set up real estate fund


Nuvama Asset Management, the alternatives-focused asset administration arm of Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd. and Cushman & Wakefield, a worldwide industrial real estate providers agency, introduced a 50:50 three way partnership Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management Private Ltd. providing a platform to put money into industrial real estate. 

The JV firm has introduced to launch its first real estate fund known as Prime Offices Fund and goals to increase ₹3,000 crore to put money into prime industrial workplaces throughout India’s excessive progress markets.  

The three way partnership will initially concentrate on offering funding alternatives to home traders within the Indian industrial real estate market, an area which has historically been dominated by world traders.

The fund will take a look at investments throughout new builds, accomplished and leased belongings.
