Over 79 Pc Voter Turnout Recorded Till 5 Pm

The sixth section of the West Bengal meeting election held on Thursday for 43 seats recorded a voter turnout of 79.09 per cent until 5 pm, the Election Commission (EC) stated. A complete of seven,466 out of the 14,480 polling stations throughout the constituencies had been monitored reside via webcasting, at the same time as drones had been used to maintain a watch over the vote proceedings, the EC stated in a press release.
