PKH Ventures Ltd., which is into development and improvement, hospitality and administration providers, has introduced an preliminary public providing (IPO) of its fairness shares via a recent situation of shares and supply on the market (OFS).
The price band has been mounted between ₹140 to ₹148 per fairness share and the situation will open on June 30. It will shut on July 4. Investors can bid for a minimal of 100 fairness shares with a face worth of ₹5 and in multiples of 100 shares thereafter.
While the dimension of the recent situation is estimated at about ₹270 crore, its promoter Pravin Kumar Agarwal will mobilise about ₹110 crore via the OFS.
The promoters are diluting 31.16% of their stake via this IPO. Of the ₹270 crore to be raised via the recent situation, ₹120 crore will likely be utilised for a hydro mission, ₹40 crore has been earmarked for acquisitions and ₹80 crore will go in direction of working capital.
Under the Construction & Development vertical, the Civil Construction enterprise is executed by its subsidiary Garuda Construction. Garuda Construction is at the moment executing Civil Construction of six residential tasks for Third Party Developers and Promoter Group in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
PKH via its subsidiaries has constructed and developed the Delhi Police Headquarters in April 2021 on Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) foundation.
Under the Hospitality section, the firm owns, manages and operates lodges, eating places, QSRs, Spas and sale of meals merchandise. It owns two lodges in Andheri and Vasai at Mumbai and handle one resort & spa at Aamby Valley, Lonavala. Currently, the firm has complete resort keys of 116 and has potential so as to add 70 extra keys.
The firm has been awarded with two Government tasks (16 MW Hydro Power Project in Arunachal Pradesh and Nagpur Project) and three Government resort improvement tasks particularly Rajnagar Garhi Project, Pahadikhurd Project and Tara Resort Project in Madhya Pradesh.
Under Management Services vertical, the firm offers providers for the annual upkeep of the Delhi Police Headquarters.
