PM Modi Addresses The Nation On 2021’s First Mann Ki Baat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the nation in the 73rd Mann Ki Baat today. This is PM Modi’s first radio programme in the year 2021. PM Modi is addressing Mann Ki Baat a day before Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will table the country’s Union Budget in the Parliament.

PM Modi began his address by remembering the unsung heroes who received gallantry awards on Republic Day. PM told people to take inspiration from such warriors.

PM Modi also said that the victory of the Indian Team at Gabba has made the whole country proud and one should learn how to rise from failures from the India cricket team.

“This month, we got good news from the cricket pitch. After initial hiccups, the Indian team bounced back gloriously and won the series in Australia. Our team’s hard work and teamwork was inspiring” PM Modi during Mann Ki Baat.

PM Modi also that India is one of the most successful countries to launch the Covid vaccination drive and the world is applauding our country for vaccinating 30 lakh people in such a short span.

PM Modi said, “You must have noticed about the vaccination programme that India is able to help others because India today is self-reliant in the field of medicines and vaccines.”

PM Modi also shifted focus on Republic Day violence during the Kisan Tractor Rally and said that the nation was shocked to witness the insult of tricolor on January 26.

PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ comes in the backdrop of the violence that broke out on Republic Day when hundreds of farmers took to the streets of Delhi on tractors to protest against three controversial farm laws.
