RAIPUR: Former Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) chief Pravin Togadia on Sunday described India’s rising inhabitants as a “ticking time bomb” and careworn the necessity to formulate a legislation to stop its explosion and the ensuing adversarial results. He additionally expressed hope that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah will introduce a legislation for inhabitants management and the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) forward of subsequent 12 months’s parliamentary elections. 

Togadia, president of Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad, was speaking to reporters in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur forward of addressing a public assembly in Basna space of state’s Mahasamund district.
