Earlier on Saturday, CM Sarma, whereas addressing a rally in poll-bound Karnataka, mentioned that implementing a Uniform Civil Code is essential within the state for ending the system of males making “four marriages” and ladies being made “child producing machines”.
The Assam CM was holding a roadshow in Shanivarasanthe Madikeri within the Kodagu district of Karnataka, as a part of the marketing campaign for the BJP.
