After the mighty success of the Baahubali franchise, Prabhas grew to become a pan-Indian star and now enjoys an enormous fan following particularly on social media. While followers are eagerly wanting ahead to his upcoming launch Radhe Shyam, on Wednesday, social media was a buzz with the actor being roped in to play a pivotal position in Tom Cruise’s Mission Impossible 7, which is ready to launch in 2022.

Social media was buzzing with stories of Prabhas having met the director of MI7 whereas taking pictures in Italy for Radhe Shyam. This information had followers of the star excited as, if true, would have marked his Hollywood debut. However, quickly after director, Christopher McQuarrie responded to a followers’ query dousing the rumors as soon as and for all.

A fan tagged McQuarrie and requested him to verify the stories of Prabhas enjoying a job in MI7. Responding to the tweet he wrote, “While he‘s a very talented man, we’ve never met. Welcome to the internet (sic).”
