Congress common secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Friday mentioned it’s irresponsible on the a part of the CBSE to pressure college students to seem for Board examinations and demanded that the exams be both cancelled or rescheduled in view of the COVID-19 state of affairs within the nation. She mentioned the Board exams needs to be both cancelled or be held in such a way that it doesn’t require the bodily presence of scholars.

“It is downright irresponsible of boards like the CBSE to force students to sit for exams under the prevailing circumstances. Board exams should either be cancelled, rescheduled or arranged in a manner that does not require the physical presence of children at crowded exam centres,” she mentioned on Twitter.

According to the revised date sheet for CBSE board exams 2021, the Class 10 exams could be held between May 4 and June 7 and people for Class 12 could be held between May 4 and June 15. India is seeing over one lakh circumstances on a regular basis for the previous few days and on Friday morning, the nation reported virtually 1.32 lakh new COVID-19 circumstances, as per official knowledge. There have been calls for from college students for holding on-line examinations and over one lakh college students have already signed a petition to the CBSE on this regard.
