Congress chief Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is unlikely to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, sources stated. According to experiences, Priyanka Gandhi is of the view that it will likely be simpler for the occasion if she campaigns for Uttar Pradesh as a substitute of contesting elections from only one seat. There is a hypothesis that Rahul Gandhi might be fielded from the Amethi Lok Sabha seat.

The Congress common secretary has been extensively campaigning in Uttar Pradesh. According to Congress she has scheduled election packages for the following three days – Wednesday in Assam, Thursday in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh. She might be visiting Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat on May 3.
