New Delhi: The authorities on Monday tabled the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Bill 2024 in Lok Sabha, geared toward addressing paper leak circumstances with stringent measures. According to the proposed laws, all offenses associated to unfair means within the conduct of public examinations shall be cognizable, non-bailable, and non-compoundable.
