New Delhi, Apr 27 (PTI) : Parts of Delhi witnessed a brief spell of rain on Thursday night and the utmost temperature was recorded at 38.4 levels Celsius, a notch beneath the season’s common, in line with the India Meteorological Department. Several elements of town, together with east, central and southeast, acquired rains. The minimal temperature settled at 20.7 levels Celsius, three notches beneath the traditional, whereas relative humidity oscillated between 62 per cent and 27 per cent. Parts of the nationwide capital witnessed drizzle within the night.
A usually cloudy sky with mild rain has been forecast for Friday whereas most and minimal temperatures are more likely to hover round 38 levels Celsius and 19 levels Celsius, respectively.
The metropolis’s Air Quality Index (AQI) on Thursday was recorded within the “poor” (215) class round 7 pm, in line with the Central Pollution Control Board.
An AQI between zero and 50 is taken into account “good”, 51 and 100 “satisfactory”, 101 and 200 “moderate”, 201 and 300 “poor”, 301 and 400 “very poor”, and 401 and 500 “severe”.
