Rajasthan govt announces financial package for children orphaned by COVID.

 

The Rajasthan government on Saturday introduced a financial reduction package for children who misplaced their mother and father as a result of coronavirus.

Under the package, ex-gratia of Rs 1 lakh and a pension of Rs 1,500 a month may even be offered to girls who misplaced their husbands to the an infection, in keeping with an official assertion.

For children of those widows, Rs 1,000 a month per youngster and Rs 2,500 a month for college books and costume will probably be offered, it stated.

The package, which was introduced by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, has a provision of Rs 1 lakh as rapid grant for children, who misplaced their mother and father to Covid, the assertion stated.

It stated that Rs 2,500 a month will probably be offered as help to those children until 18 years of age, Rs 5 lakh help on completion of 18 years and free increased secondary training, apart from different advantages proposed below the Mukhyamantri Corona Bal Kalyan Yojna.
