New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday met his Chinese counterpart Li Shangfu in New Delhi and held ‘frank’ discussions in regards to the developments within the India-China border areas in addition to bilateral relations. The senior Chinese official is in Delhi to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Defence Ministers’ Meeting on April 28.
