The court docket additional stated, “It is regrettable that the candidates appearing for such competitive examinations pertaining to recruitment have to resort to such methods in order to succeed in such examinations and as a result of the same innocent and sincere students become victims of such disorderly conduct of their colleagues.” It stated within the case the CBRT, a computer-based examination was tampered with, which is clear by the 2 FIRs lodged by DSEU, following which the examination had to be cancelled 3 times.

The integrity of the whole choice course of was compromised and DSEU couldn’t decide the extent to which the whole course of was compromised and therefore, had to resort to cancelling the whole examination course of, so as to shield the sanctity of the recruitment course of, the court docket stated.
