Reliance Foundation Founder and Chairperson Nita Ambani on Monday obtained the “Sports Leader of the Year – Female” award at the CII Scorecard 2023 occasion held in New Delhi. Reliance Foundation was additionally conferred with the “Best Corporate Promoting Sports in India” award at the occasion.
“I am humbled and honoured to accept the CII Sports Business Awards for “Sports Leader of the Year” and “Best Corporate Promoting Sports in India,” Nita Ambani stated throughout the occasion.

Our athletes made the nation proud on the global stage by winning laurels across multiple sports. Known for her contribution to encouraging sports activities, Nita Ambani is the first Indian lady on the International Olympic Committee and the first Indian on the board of trustees of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Ambani has an estimated web price of $2.8 billion to $3 billion. She holds a commerce diploma from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and heads the Reliance Foundation, which was launched in 2010 to construct an inclusive India by working in direction of numerous social causes.
