Reliance Industries Ltd has appointed Srikanth Venkatachari as chief financial officer efficient June 1, in accordance a late night launch by the corporate.
He takes over from Alok Agarwal, who has been CFO since 2005, and can now assume the function of senior advisor to Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani.
Venkatachari is at the moment the joint CFO for the corporate.
