Hyderabad: Retired police officer Ok.S.N. Murthy, who was popularly recognized as Gabbar Singh, died of COVID-19.

He was 78 and survived by his spouse and two sons.

The former Indian Police Service (IPS) official breathed his final on Sunday (May 16) at a non-public hospital in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, the place he was residing since his retirement in the yr 2000.
