The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case in opposition to British Aerospace firm Rolls Royce India Pvt Ltd, Tim Jones, Director Rolls Royce India Pvt Ltd and personal individuals Sudhir Chuadhrie and Bhanu Chaudharie and other unknown public servants and personal individuals for allegedly trying to cheat the federal government in the procurement of Hawk Aircraft from Rolls Royce, UK and its affiliate group firms, together with Rolls Royce Turbomeca Limited.
