Rupee falls 13 paise to close at 82.38 against U.S. dollar

The rupee fell 13 paise to close at 82.38 (provisional) against the U.S. forex on Wednesday, weighed down by the power of the American forex within the abroad market and a unfavorable pattern in home equities.
