Chandigarh: Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal has examined optimistic for Coronavirus illness. He took to Twitter to tell everybody concerning the improvement.
“I would like to inform everyone that I have tested Covid positive. My health is fine & as per protocol, I have isolated myself,” he wrote on Twitter to tell.
” I request those who came in contact with me during the last few days to isolate themselves & get tested for Covid – 19, he added.
The former Deputy Chief Minister has recently been attacking the CM Amarinder Singh-led Punjab government alleging misrule and not fulfilling poll promises.
“Capt Amarinder made faux promise of farmers’ mortgage waiver by swearing on holy Gutka Sahib. In an enormous present, youth had been fooled with kinds promising assured jobs. Also did not maintain his promise of Rs 10K/acre to farmers plowing land past the barbed wire fence,” Sukhbir Badal had tweeted.
Meanwhile, the Coronavirus situation in Punjab continues to be serious as it became the state reporting the second-highest fresh cases as per data released on Tuesday morning.
The state also stood second in terms of the Coronavirus fatalities reported in 24 hours.
