State Bank of India (SBI) stated on Tuesday that its govt committee will meet on Wednesday, April 28 to contemplate elevating $2 billion via bonds within the monetary 12 months 2021-22. The Executive Committee will meet “to examine the status and decide on long term fund raising in single/multiple tranches up to US$2 billion under Reg-S/144A, through a public offer and/or private placement of senior unsecured notes in US Dollar or any other convertible currency during FY 2021-22,” SBI stated in a regulatory submitting to the inventory exchanges.
