Peasants in Pakistan’s Jhal Magsi led by Kissan Ittehad Jhal Magsi clashed with feudal lords and Pakistan’s safety forces to protest towards the oppressive insurance policies of the federal government. Jhal Magsi is a district in Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province.
Pakistani safety forces baton charged dozens of ladies and opened hearth on a small group of farmers. Several ladies and youngsters have been injured. The incident occurred over the weekend.
