The fairness, derivatives and forex markets might be shut for buying and selling on Wednesday i.e. April 21 on account of Ram Navami, which is a celebration of the start of Lord Rama – the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The wholesale commodity markets, together with steel and bullion markets, will open for buying and selling within the second half of the day. The markets will resume regular buying and selling on Thursday i.e. April 15.
Earlier this month, the inventory markets had been closed on April 2 and April 14 attributable to Good Friday and Ambedkar Jayanti respectively.
