New Delhi: Shaheed Diwas or Martyrs’ Day is noticed on March 23 yearly. The day marks the loss of life anniversary of younger freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Rajguru, because the three have been hanged to loss of life by Britishers on March 23 in 1931.

People pay wealthy tributes to freedom fighters for sacrificing their lives for India’s freedom from the British regime.
