New Delhi: In a recent salvo at his former boss, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Suvendu Adhikari referred to as West Bengal Chief Mamata Banerjee “queen of rigging” on Friday (March 19).
Addressing Banerjee’s allegations that voting within the upcoming state Assembly elections can be rigged, Adhikari accused the TMC chief of “misusing the administration”.
“Queen of rigging is saying that vote rigging will occur. The election will occur in a democratic manner and that is why she is disturbed. Even now she is misusing administration, police and utilizing ghuspaitheye (intruders) and Pakistanis. Police is a mute spectator. But the persons are with us,” the BJP chief informed ANI.
On Banerjee’s assertion that after profitable West Bengal, TMC will kind a authorities on the Centre, Adhikari mentioned, “She said the same thing before 2019 and spoke about United India. The more she speaks, the more seats will go to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. ‘2019 mein half hua iss baar saaf hua’.”
The BJP chief slammed Banerjee and mentioned that talking towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi is like talking towards “democracy” and “Bharat Mata”.
“You can have to take Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s vaccine towards COVID-19. He is an elected Prime Minister. Speaking towards him is like talking towards democracy. Speaking towards him is talking towards Bharat Mata. Pakistan and Bangladesh would not have vaccine, so you’ll have to take Prime Minister Modi`s vaccine,” he was quoted as saying by ANI.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and BJP’s Suvendu Adhikari will contest towards one another within the Nandigram meeting seat.
The West Bengal meeting elections might be held in eight phases ranging from March 27. The counting of votes will happen on May 2.
