Former Pakistani quick bowler Shoaib Akhtar now needs to show younger Pakistani bowlers the methods of quick bowling.
In a latest interview Shoaib Akhtar stated that he needs to show the youth of Pakistan tips on how to turn into a quick bowler. “They are focusing a lot on the gym but whenever I get a chance I will teach them what to do, what a fast bowler is, and how to become one,” stated Akhtar.
Pakistan cricket staff at the moment has quick bowlers like Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Haris Rauf and Mohammad Hasnain. However, all of them are far behind Shoaib Akhtar relating to pace. Shoaib Akhtar holds the document of bowling at a pace of 161.3km/h.
