Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) managing director Siddhartha Mohanty is ready to be the interim chairperson of the insurance coverage main from March 14.
He will be entrusted with monetary and administrative powers and features of chairperson, as well as to his personal duties, with the incumbent chairperson M.R. Kumar finishing his time period on March 13, LIC knowledgeable the inventory change citing a Union Finance Ministry communication.
Mr. Mohanty will be the interim chairperson for 3 months, with impact March 14, or until assumption of the cost by the common appointee to the publish or till additional orders, whichever is the earliest, the Ministry’s Department of Financial Services stated.
