Six killed in blast at chemical factory in Maharashtra’s Ratnagiri 

At least six individuals have been killed and several other have been injured in a blast at a chemical factory in an industrial space in Maharashtra’s Ratnagiri district on Saturday. The incident befell at Gharda Chemicals early on Saturday morning. 

Around 40 to 50 individuals, caught inside the corporate have been rescued by the group of fireplace brigade personnel. The wounded have been rushed to the close by civil hospital, extreme sufferers are being shifted to Mumbai.

The cause behind the hearth is but to be ascertained. An explosion of the boiler is being suspected to be the reason for the accident. 

The hearth has been introduced below management and cooling operations are underway.

According to experiences, it’s the sixth such incident in the MIDC space.
