Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), a constituent institute of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, will organise Solar Electric Vehicle Championship (SEVC) 2024, in collaboration with Coimbatore Society of Racing Minds, from March 27 t0 31 in Manipal.
The occasion is organised collectively by the Department of Aeronautical and Automobile Engineering and Department of Mechatronics of MIT, and marks a major milestone in the pursuit of sustainable mobility options.
SEVC 2024 will function a platform for engineering fanatics, innovators, and college students from throughout India to reveal their ability in designing and setting up photo voltaic powered electrical automobiles. Of the 31 groups that registered for the occasion, 14 have certified for the ultimate dynamic spherical.
MIT Director Cdr. Anil Rana stated, “This occasion displays our establishment’s dedication to foster innovation and sustainability. Through the artistic endeavours of the contributors, we purpose to catalyse progress in direction of a greener and extra environmentally acutely aware future.“
