Stray Dogs Menace: Govt Notifies New Animal Birth Control Rules
As the incidents of stray canine attacking persons are rising day-to-day, the Central authorities has requested states to “effectively” implement the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules, 2023.
In the principles notified final month, the federal government stated municipal companies must implement the principles together with anti-rabies programmes, Times of India reported.
